Over 28 years, he has worked on categories like food, OTC, oral care, personal care, baby toiletries and feminine hygiene. He has a Strong record of delivering superior business results on bothmature and new businesses with extensive experience in Emerging Markets like China & India.
Elkana is highly experienced in strategy formulation at both brand and business level. He has successfully generated growth in highly competitive markets and led a major business turnaround producing a first of a kind success model in mass marketing at Johnson & Johnson.
Elkana also headed a publicly listed company and worked with the Promoters and Board of Directors. Interfaced regularlywith external investors such as PE firms and Mutual Funds.
One of the most renowned corporate figures in the country, Elkana has accumulated a number of skills and insights over his three decade long career.
Currently, he is an independent Business and Marketing Consultant and an Adjunct Faculty in the Marketing area at IMT, Ghaziabad (since mid-2016).
