Sirisha is the founder of the Social Service Organisation - TheAasra. The Aasra is involved insupporting Young Girls & specially abled children with their Primary & Secondary Education. TheAasra currently adopted 3 primary schools in Chennai sponsoring education, laboratory, sportsequipment and library facilities. Apart from these, so far 112 Young Girls College Education hasbeen facilitated by TheAasra, their Volunteers and Donors.
The Aasra also supports multiple Children orphanages for Blind, physical and Mentally Challengedacross India with their primary Education and Daily Needs like construction of physic therapy rooms,supply of Brialey papers etc.The Aasra volunteers also support Accident victims by taking them to hospitals, donating Blood andMedical Supplies. So far they have donated 150+ Units of Blood and multiple first aid kids.
Sirisha is a MPhil Graduate and currently working as Principal Consultant in a Top IT Company. HerProfessional Career has seen an extremely fast paced growth from Technical Support Analyst toleading a team of 200+ members as Prinicipal Consultant and Practice Lead.
From studying in Government Aided School, taking loans for her own Educationto supporting 100s of poor Girls spread their wings with Education,SirishaTadepalli is a Young Social Change-maker.
Sirisha has represented her company at leading Business Analyst Firms Gartner, Forrester &ISGetc... and has been awarded as the Outstanding Performer in 11 Consecutive Years.She is the Co-Author of Best Seller Business Book - Sales Decoded and has delivered multiple lectures in IT companies,IIT Madras & several Schools.
Sirisha was born in a Humble middle class family in Vijayawada. Her Father was a highly reputedCriminal Lawyer. However, the family saw the worst soon after his demise at an early age. She had to drop off from her IAS Mains exam and take loans to complete her education amid the emotional and financial crises.Her firm belief in “Education for Change" led her to establish TheAasra Social Service Organisations Offering Financial Support for Women Education.
