On 21st November, KNUTS.in had the honor of facilitating a session, 'Surge For Completion - Together,' for an Indian multinational conglomerate, where Voice of Value Dr. Kiran Bedi shared her transformative insights on leadership and personal commitment, igniting a powerful spark of motivation among the project team members.
Dr. Kiran Bedi stands as a pioneering figure in Indian leadership, distinguished as the first woman to join the officer ranks of the Indian Police Service. Her illustrious career spans roles as the 24th Lt. Governor of Puducherry and Civilian Police Advisor in UN Peacekeeping Operations. A scholar with a PhD from IIT Delhi, she is the author of several influential books, including her latest work "Fearless Governance," now available in Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, and Malayalam.
Her remarkable achievements include being an Asian tennis champion, recipient of the prestigious Magsaysay Award (known as Asia's Nobel Peace Prize), and winner of the Gallantry Award. Her impactful work has been documented in the Australian-made biopic "Yes Madam Sir." Through her foundations, Navjyoti and India Vision Foundation, she has dedicated over three decades to serving underprivileged communities in rural-urban areas and prisons. Recognized as India's Most Trusted and Admired Woman by Reader's Digest and The Week Magazine, Dr. Bedi continues to inspire through her YouTube channel "Demonstrative Learning," where she conducts youth programs, book readings, and celebrity interviews.
