On July 31st and August 1st, KNUTS.in facilitated an exclusive workshop as part of the annual retreat of a leading women’s leadership collective, featuring Voice of Value Mugdha Kalra.
In these reflective and empowering sessions, Mugdha introduced participants to the concept of Indian Ikigai: exploring purpose through the lens of identity, culture, and emotional resilience.
VoV Mugdha Kalra is an award-winning broadcast journalist, neurodiversity advocate, and inclusion strategist, recognised by the BBC as one of the 100 Most Influential Women in the World (2021) for her pioneering work in inclusive advocacy. With over two decades in media, including leadership roles at CNBC-TV18, NDTV, and Aaj Tak, Mugdha brings the power of storytelling to drive systemic change.
She is the co-founder of Not That Different, a platform building awareness and empathy around autism and invisible disabilities, and Think Indic, a learning space that brings ancient Indian wisdom to modern life. A trusted corporate educator, Mugdha leads sessions on workplace bias, PoSH, and inclusive leadership, and is known for her bold series Dear India Inc., spotlighting women in the workplace.

It was more than a workshop; it was a pause, a perspective shift, and a powerful reminder to realign with who you are.
